NORFOLK, Va. – Maryland Eastern Shore sophomore Melanie Copey was selected as Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference announced today.

Copey (So., Ontario, N.Y.) became the second Hawk in school history to bowl a perfect 300 score in a win over Monmouth. She averaged a 204.5 pinfall in 10 team matches and converted 46-percent of her strikes at the FDU New Jersey Jamboree.

Other Top Performers: 

Katherine Clouse (MSU) posted a high-game of 234 pins against Franklin Pierce at the FDU New Jersey Jamboree.

Amber MacLeod (DSU) finished second with a 216.9 average pinfall at the FDU New Jersey Jamboree.

Sydney Reece (HOW) averaged a 177.30 total pinfall in 10 team matches at the FDU New Jersey Jamboree.
