NORFOLK, Va., November 19, 2014 – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) announced today the 2014 MEAC Volleyball All-Academic team, including 79 student-athletes who achieved academic success during the 2013-14 school year. The MEAC recognizes student-athletes with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average, including sophomores, juniors and seniors, as well as transfer student-athletes, who have been in residence at the institution for at least one year.

“I would like to congratulate the volleyball student-athletes who have maintained a 3.0 or better grade point average,” said Commissioner Dennis E. Thomas. “I would like to acknowledge the accomplishments of these student-athletes, the athletic academic support staff and coaching staffs who contributed to the academic success.”
