NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State sophomore Nicole Rivera Santiago was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Santiago (So., Ponce, Puerto Rico) earned all-tournament team honors at the Hampton Roads Invitational after averaging a 183.8 pinfall to help the Spartans to a first-place finish. She rolled a match-high 201 in a win against Elizabeth City State.

 Other Top Performers: 

Briana Evans (MSU) finished third at the Hampton Roads Invitational by averaging 186.8 total pinfall.

Moneshia Smith (HOW) earned all-tournament teams honors at the Hampton Roads Invitational and rolled a 233 in a loss to Elizabeth City State.
