University of Maryland Eastern Shore's Anggie Ramirez was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowling Athlete of the Week, the conference announced on Thursday.
Ramirez (5-7, Sr., Bogota, Columbia) averaged a 224.3 with 1,346 total pinfall to finish third in individuals standings at the Music City Classic. Ramriez earned All-Tournament honors after posting five of six games over 200. As a team, the Lady Hawks won the event with a 12-2 mark.
Other Top Performers:
Felicia Baker (B-CU) led the Lady Wildcats with a 183.4 average at the Music City Classic. She knocked down 917 pins during traditional play, and posted three games over 190.
