NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State athletics department has a limited number of tickets available for the 2013 NIT Season Tip-Off games at Duke University on Nov. 18-19.

Tickets are $71 per day of competition and are good for both games on that day. The NIT Season Tip-Off pod at Cameron Indoor Stadium gets underway on Monday, Nov. 18 as host Duke plays UNC Asheville at 7 p.m. Norfolk State plays East Carolina at approximately 9:30 p.m.

The following day, the winners and losers meet. Duke will play at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19 regardless of whether the Blue Devils win or not on Monday. The winner of the Duke pod advances to the NIT Season Tip-Off semifinals the week of Nov. 25 at Madison Square Garden in New York, while the other three teams will play in the consolation bracket the same week at sites to be determined.

Fans can purchase a maximum of four tickets per day. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets should fill out the online request form located at www.nsuspartans.com. Fans will then be contacted by an NSU representative for more details on how to submit payment and pick up their tickets. The deadline to submit the request form is 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
