TALLAHASSEE,Fla.- FAMU played their second match of the season this weekend. While facing the Central Florida in Orlando, they were unable to pull off a win.
All singles matches were lost in straight sets to the Knights, as well as doubles. Junior Shani Williams picked up the most games by losing at No. 5, (6-2, 7-5) and Stephanie Miller following her with a score of (6-2, 6-2) playing No. 7 singles. The rest of the team's scores were not quite as successful.
The Lady Rattlers have had two tough opponents for the start of their season, but are steadily readying themselves and not discouraged by their competition.
