The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) has reprimanded Hampton University guard Ramon Mercado for displaying unsportsmanlike conduct during the Morgan State University game on Saturday, January 19. 

MEAC Commissioner Dennis Thomas said in a statement on Thursday that "the conference expects all student-athletes, coaches, and athletic staff to demonstrate good sportsmanship before, during and after all athletic events".
