Samantha Prescott earned Rookie of the Week accolades.
Strakova (6-0, So., OH, Brno, Czech Republic) recorded 17 kills on 32 attacks for a .438 hitting percentage in a three-set sweep over Howard. Strakova added 12 digs, four blocks, three aces, and two assists in the victory.
Prescott (5-10, OH, Fr., Trinidad & Tobago) combined for 41 kills and 28 digs to aid the Lady Bears to a 1-1 mark last week. Against Delaware State, Prescott recorded a double-double of 22 kills and 19 digs with three aces.

Christine Anthony (NCCU) combined for 28 kills and 18 digs to aid the Eagles to a 1-1 mark last week.
Yeisha Arcia (FAMU) was just shy of a double-double with 11 kills and nine digs against North Carolina Central.
Charlotte Armstead (NSU) totaled 10 kills in a four-set win against Howard.
Maria Ceccarelli (FAMU) combined for 24 kills and 13 digs against North Carolina A&T and North Carolina Central last week.
Krysta Gardner (B-CU) tallied a double-double of 21 kills and 19 digs in a five-set win over North Carolina A&T.
Ndidi Ibe (UMES) totaled 21 kills, seven blocks and five digs in two conference victories last week.
Jasmine Jackson (DSU) totaled 20 digs and 13 kills in two matches for the Lady Hornets.
Ashley Johnson (MSU) recorded a match and career-high 26 kills in a five-set victory against Delaware State.
Monica Lowe (B-CU) averaged 38.5 assists and 9.0 digs to aid the Wildcats to a 1-1 mark.
