BALTIMORE-Morgan State closed out its three-game homestand on Wednesday with a non-conference loss to American.

Rebecca Heath led American with nine kills in the match, hitting .333, while Lindovska tallied seven kills with a .455 hitting percentage. Kylann Scheidt had a team-best 17 assists while Allison Cappellino led the Eagles with 15 digs and three service aces. Morgan Hendrix recorded a team-high five blocks.

Samantha Prescott had a team-best 12 kills for Morgan State while Arianna Hayden added eight.
