Maryland Eastern Shore's Victoria Jones was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowling Athlete of the Week, the conference announced on Friday. 

Jones (Fr., Balitmore, Md.) averaged a 212.6 with 1,063 pinfall in five games at the Mid-Winter Classic in Little Rock, Arkansas. Four out of five of Jones' scores were over 200, including a game-high 257 in a loss to Arkansas State. Jones also earned All-Tournament Team honors, finishing third overall.  She was just one of three in the 128 woman field to average over a 210 for the day.  As a team the Lady Hawks posted a 7-6 mark in team and Baker games to improve 44-15 on the season.
