UMES' Ramirez Featured As Video Blogger On NCAA.com

PRINCESS ANNE, Md.-MEAC Pre-season Player of the Year Anggie Ramirez will begin posting a weekly video blog about the team and her own experiences as a bowler at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES).  The segment will be online at www.NCAA.com under the All-Access section as well as on the bowling page.

Ramirez will be chronicling life as a student-athlete at UMES using a FlipCam that she shoots herself.  Her coverage is part of the NCAA's focus on expanding the All-Access portion of their website.

The first video is now on line and captures Ramirez's winter break in her hometown of Bogota, Colombia and deals with the news that the head coach, the legendary Sharon Brummell is retiring from coaching.

Fans are encouraged to visit each week to see what Ramirez has captured on her FlipCam for an inside look at the life of a UMES Bowler.
