The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men's and women's cross country teams host the 2011 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the UMES Cross Country Course.

The men's 10-kilometer race begins at noon and is followed by the women's six-kilometer race at 1:15 p.m.
