Kianna Conner earned Rookie of the Week honors, while North Carolina A&T's
Jaleesa Sams earned Defensive Player of the Week accolades.
Perry (Forward, 5-10, Sr., Decatur, Georgia) averaged 16.0 points and 12.0 rebounds while shooting 52-percent from the floor in wins over Troy and Georgia State. Against Georgia State Perry posted a double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds. She added three assists and two steals for the week.
Conner (Guard, 5-5, Fr., Tallahassee, Florida) totaled 31 points, four steals and two rebounds to aid the Lady Hornets to a 1-1 mark in non-conference play last week. Conner shot 52-percent from the floor and 45-percent from 3-point range and tallied 18 points against Wesley.
Sams (Forward, 5-11, Sr. New Castle, Pennsylvania) pulled down 13 rebounds, with five steals and four blocks in two games for the Lady Aggies. Offensively, Sams totaled 34 points while connecting on 47-percent from the floor (9-of-19) and 68-percent from the free-throw line (15-of-22).

Rae Corbo (NSU) scored 19 points while shooting 6-of-11 from the field against Savannah State.
Theresa Davis (MSU) totaled 21 points, 17 rebounds and two steals to help Morgan State to a 1-1 record at the Miami Holiday Classic.
Brittany Dodson (MSU) averaged 19.0 points and 3.0 rebounds against George Washington and Miami last week.
Saadia Doyle (How) tallied her sixth double-double of the year with 17 points and 12 rebounds against Fairleigh Dickinson.
Jasmine Elum (B-CU) shot 8-of-14 from the floor to lead the Lady Wildcats with 23 points against Marygrove.
Rachel Gordon (NSU) scored four points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a win over Savannah State.
Amanda Hairston (B-CU) tallied 12 points and seven rebounds in a win over Flagler.
Bria Jackson (UMES) recorded 23 points, connecting on 47-percent from the floor, with two rebounds, and five steals in losses to Canisius and American.
Whitney Long (NSU) averaged 19.0 points in two games for the Spartans last week.
