In their final game of the Clemson University Invitational, Florida A&M dropped a 3-0 decision to host Clemson, Sunday afternoon at Jervey Gymnasium.
FAMU (0-10) finish the match with a total of 29 kills, while CU (10-2) garnered 42.
The Lady Rattlers were led by Ashley Johnson with eight kills, followed by Maria Ceccarelli with seven. Diana Gomez dished out a team high 26 digs, while Susan Egoavil led the team in digs with 13. Also, Egoavil was named to the Clemson Invitational All-Tournament Team.
CU had a pair of Tigers to finish in double-digit kills with Serenat Yaz leading the way with 11; behind her was Sandra Adeleye with 10. Lacy Hays finished the match with a team high 34 assists, while Natalie Patzin led the team in digs with eight.
