WASHINGTON, D.C. - The times for Howard's doubleheader vs. Norfolk State scheduled for Monday, February 15 at 6 p.m. and  8p.m. has been changed. The women's and men's tems will now tip-off at 2 p.m. and 4p.m., respectively, due to a wintery mix expected to hit the DC metro area.
