Cynthia Anais were selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Cross Country Athletes of the Week, the conference announced on Thursday.
Melek (So., Grand Prairie, Texas) won the Delaware State Invitational with a time of 15:16.02 on the 5K course. Melek paced the Hawks and guided them to their second meet victory of the season on a course at Delaware State.
Anais (Jr., Martinique, France) took home first place honors at the Delaware State Invitational. Anais aided her team to a first place finish with a 5K course time of 19:18.16.

Danielle Calhoun (MSU) placed sixth overall out of 29 runners with a time of 20:41.60 t the DSU Invitational.
Dashera Richardson (DSU) finished in second with a time of 19:34.10 at the DSU Invitational.
Issac Richardson (MSU) ran a time of 29:55.90 on the 8K course at the Goucher Classic.
Kelli Thibou (DSU) finished in sixth in 16:24.10 at the Delaware State Invitational.
