MEAC Basketball Games to Continue Despite Inclement Weather
Winston-Salem State Men’s Basketball will host Bethune-Cookman in an ESPNU Televised Game at 7 p.m.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., March 2 - The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) announced that all men’s and women’s basketball games scheduled for Monday, March 2 will be played as originally scheduled despite the inclement weather that has affected much of the east coast.
The Bethune-Cookman and Winston-Salem State men’s basketball matchup will broadcast live on ESPNU beginning at 7 p.m. The game will be played at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Lady Rams and Lady Wildcats will tip-off in an earlier match up beginning at 4 p.m.
In other MEAC conference doubleheaders, South Carolina will host Florida A&M, Norfolk State will welcome Howard and North Carolina A&T will host Hampton.
