Delaware State University sophomore Adriana Jaime was named the MEAC Bowling Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.
Jaime (5-6, So., Canoga Park, California) Jaime averaged a 204.2 on 1,021 pinfall, including a game-high 257 in a win over Howard at the MEAC Northern Divisional meet. She was the top scorer for the Lady Hornets in the five games played and aided the team to a 10-0 mark in their second northern divisional matchup of the season.

Darci Evans (SCSU) knocked down 972 pins and averaged a 194.0 at the MEAC Southern Division meet.
Rebecca Glazier (Ham) paced the Lady Pirates with an 838 pinfall and game-high 196.
Martha Perez (UMES) posted a pinfall of 1,002 and a game-high 204 while guiding her team to an 8-2 mark at the MEAC Northern Divisional meet.
Kimberly Roe (B-CU) aided her team to a 6-4 record at the MEAC Southern Division meet with a 992 pinfall and game-high 230 in a win over Florida A&M.
Sheila-Marie Smith (NSU) led the Spartans with a 965 pinfall and 193.0 average at the MEAC Southern Division meet.
