Delaware State University senior Kalyn Washburn was named the MEAC Bowling Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.
Washburn (5-10, Sr., Tucson, Arizona) averaged a 224.8 on 1,124 pinfall, including a game high 254 in a win over Maryland Eastern Shore. She tallied four 220-plus games and was the top scorer for the Lady Hornets in the five games played. As a team, the Lady Hornets were 9-1 during their first northern divisional matchup of the season.

Jordane Frazier (How) bowled two 200-plus games for the Lady Bison and knocked down a team-high 236 pins against Morgan State.
Rebecca Glazier (Ham) tallied a 191.6 average in five games as hosts of the MEAC Northern Divisional Meet.
Chelsea Krall (NSU) guided the Spartans to an 8-2 record at the MEAC Southern Divisional Meet, including a 190.8 average on a 954 pinfall.
Alicia Musafiri (CSU) led the Lady Eagles with a 184.2 average and 924 pinfall at the MEAC Northern Divisional Meet.
Maria Rodriguez (UMES) posted a pinfall of 1,100 and a game-high 246 at the MEAC Northern Divisional Meet.
