Florida A&M picked up their fourth win in a row as they defeated Winston-Salem State, 3-1 (25-12, 25-18, 25-16) here Friday evening at the FAMU Multipurpose Center and Teaching Gymnasium.
FAMU (7-7) was led by Jovana Blazeski with 17 kills. Jessica Bond finished with a match high 34 assists, while Susan Egoavil finished with a team high 14 digs.
WSSU (4-23) was led by Annika Barnwell with eight kills and four digs, followed by Ashley Harris with six kills.
The Lady Rattlers will return to MEAC action on Sunday, Oct. 18 against North Carolina A&T in a 1 p.m. start.
