MEAC Announces Weekly Bowling Honors

 University of Maryland Eastern Shore freshman Kristina Frahm was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowling Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.

Frahm (Fr., Oswego, Illinois) was second overall in a field of 80 bowlers and averaged 211.1 pins with a total pinfall of 1,900 at last weekend’s National Team Match Games in St. Louis Missouri. Frahm was named to the all-star team and accumulated the highest individual series with a 682. As a team, the #4 Lady Hawks earned their highest finish at the event with a second place showing.

Other Top Performers:

Marisa Moffett (FAMU) bowled a team-high 255 against Prairie View A&M at the Le Tigre Classic.

Jessica Worsley (UMES) knocked down 246 pins in a win over Fontbonne.
